Resources to Quit Smoking or Vaping

The Washington State Quitline offers coaching phone calls, online resources and at least 2 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy (if your insurance will not cover it).

The 2Morrow app is free and has programs for both vaping and smoking. The smoking & tobacco app has a program specialized for pregnant women. The vaping program is geared for teens and young adults but can be used by anyone. The smoking & tobacco program is geared for adults. Adults may qualify for 2 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy through the app.

This is Quitting is designed for teens and young adults. This text-based program is free and has been helping teens and young adults quit vaping since 2019.

Smokefree.gov offers support for quitting for a range of situations. You can find resources to help plan your Quit Day and staying smoke free. Smokefree.gov also maintains the free quitSTART app. quitSTART helps you prepare to quit and track your progress. The QuitGuide app offered through smokefree.gov helps you find patterns in your smoking habits and build skills to become smokefree.
