Quit Kits

Asotin County Health District has free Quit Kits to get you started. Quit Kits do NOT include nicotine replacement medication. Stop by during business hours for more information and to get your Quit Kit. 

Washington Quit Line

The Washington Quit Line is free to all Washington residents, with or without insurance coverage. You may qualify for at least 2 weeks of FREE nicotine replacement therapy.  Youth ages 13-17 do not qualify for NRT but can still access the other resources.

Smoke Free

Smokefree.gov has multiple free programs to support you as you quit smoking, from creating a quit plan to free texting support.

2Morrow Health

2Morrow Health app has free programs for teens (13+) and adults to help you quit vaping or smoking or using tobacco. You need a smartphone to access this app.

Youth and Young Adult

This is Quitting is specifically designed for youth ages 13-24. This free program is text message based and provides support before, during and after quitting. Text VAPEFREEWA to 88709 to get started.
