Effective January 1, 2021 Fee Schedule

New Vital Records Law
New Washington State vital records law and rules change how you order birth and death certificates.
  1. Only qualified applicants can receive a certified copy.
​  2. Applicants must provide identity and proof of relationship documentation.
  3. Certificate fee increased to $25 per copy.
